Using the Site

You can navigate the fotos on my site in two ways:

1. Click on the Creative or Travel headings on the right to open a list of galleries below each heading, or,

2. Click on the + (plus) sign next to Creative or Travel to open a list in the main window. This list also has a brief explanation of what you'll find in the gallery and why I do am pursuing the idea.

Viewing the Pictures

When looking at the photographs you have to click each thumbnail to see them in the next size up. To see them full size, click on the image. This opens a larger version with no toolbar etc cluttering the place up. To return to the website click anywhere on the screen.

Brightness

My monitor, an Acer AL1906 flat screen, is set to about 40% brightness, which makes it pretty dark. You may find that some of the photos here are washed out or overly bright on your monitor. I spend a good eight hours or more looking at the screen and I've turned it down in the hope that it will not burn my eyes out of their sockets.

Hey dude,

How did you find the graffiti you made of Dali that I photographed in Badajoz? Was it a one in a million chance or what?

Hi Mick!
Just had a look at your Monti Amundson Blues Festival, Oude Brabant cafe pics.

They are great - moody and atmospheric. Faves are 2, 6, 7, 19...

And then, the Tantrum Blues Festival, Oude Brabant cafe pics...

These photos are just fantastic - you are getting better and better, never thought that could be possible!

There is so much to like about them - the colours, the movement and energy - my faves are 7, 20, 14, 5 & 3, but they are all good... :)

Can't wait to see the next lot...

Nicoll :)

Well, I promised I'd stop by, and I did. I love your photos- especially the random ones and the self portraits. How excessively creative of you.... really, really liked them. Normally I wouldn't have chatted too much in Lulu livehelp, or probably gone to a customer's website, but tonight just happens to be my last official night in chat- they have outsourced all of our jobs to folks in the Philippines, who we cannot compete with for wages :( so unfortunately, I won't be able to chat with you again on Lulu... but I am so glad that I let myself actually talk with a customer since it was my last night. and you were likely to be my last chat- and you were.
I thought, what the hell, I want to talk to this guy like a real person, and I did :) You said some things, unknowingly, I am sure, that were a confirmation of things for me. Thanks so much, and I hope you understand that I couldn't say any of this in chat because they do monitor them and I would undoubtedly never get any work with Lulu again. We homeschooling moms need all the hope of possible night shifts that the newbies can't fill that we can get.
Thanks again- I think your photos are not very amateurish, but I forgive you for letting me think so. :)

I love the light and shade effect on the hidden corner of the Alhambra and the blured 'out of the window 3' - they instantly bring back memories of of the intense summers of Southern Spain. Looking forward to pictures of Suffolk and your art pics. God I miss my camera. :)
